What is QrMagnet?
QrMagnet is a QR-based real estate platform that allows users to create digital property listing pages connected to permanent QR codes. Visitors can scan the QR code to instantly access listing information, media, and contact options.
How does QrMagnet work?
Users create and manage property listings through their dashboard. Each listing is connected to a QR code that can be printed or shared digitally. When someone scans the QR code, they are directed to the live listing page.
Do visitors need an app to scan QR codes?
No. Most modern smartphones can scan QR codes directly using the built-in camera application without installing additional apps.
Can QR codes be scanned with any phone?
Yes. QrMagnet QR codes are designed to work with most modern iPhone and Android devices that support QR scanning.
What happens after someone scans a QR code?
After scanning, the visitor is directed to the property’s live listing page where they can view information, images, videos, maps, and available contact options provided by the listing owner.
QR Codes & Listings
Can I edit my listing after creating it?
Yes. Listing information can be updated at any time through your dashboard without creating a new QR code. You can also update the listing later for a new property sale while continuing to use the same QR code.
Does the QR code change after editing information?
No. QrMagnet QR codes remain permanent. Updates made to the listing are reflected automatically without changing the QR code itself.
Can I print and place QR codes anywhere?
Yes. QR codes can be printed and placed on signs, flyers, business cards, marketing materials, or shared digitally.
Can I manage multiple listings?
Yes. Depending on your subscription plan, you can manage multiple QR listings from a single dashboard.
What happens if my subscription expires?
If your subscription expires, your listings and QR-related services may become inactive until your subscription is renewed.
Leads & Communication
How do lead submissions work?
Visitors may submit their contact information through available forms or contact options on a QR listing page. That information is then shared with the listing owner or associated user.
Where do contact requests go?
Contact requests are sent to the account dashboard and may also be delivered by email, depending on the system settings.
Can I respond to visitors through QrMagnet?
Visitors can contact you through the available contact options on your listing page. Lead notifications and submitted information may also be delivered to your email, depending on your configuration.
Does QrMagnet verify leads or visitors?
No. QrMagnet does not verify lead identity, visitor intent, or the accuracy of information submitted by visitors. Users are responsible for reviewing and handling all communications appropriately.
Account & Billing
Is there a free trial?
Yes. QrMagnet offers a 14-day free trial without requiring a credit card, allowing users to evaluate the platform before purchasing a paid plan.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Subscription plans can be upgraded later depending on your needs and available plan options.
Are payments refundable?
No. Due to the nature of digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated. Please review the

What payment methods are supported?
Payments are securely processed through Paddle. Available payment methods may include major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other payment options supported by Paddle in your region.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You may cancel your subscription according to the terms of your selected plan. Access to certain features may remain available until the end of the active billing period.

How can I request deletion of my data?
