By purchasing any paid Service through QrMagnet, you agree to the following terms.

Service Nature

QrMagnet provides a digital platform that enables users to create and manage QR-based property listings and receive inquiries.

QrMagnet does not act as a real estate broker, agent, or intermediary in any transaction.

All outcomes, including leads, inquiries, or potential transactions, depend entirely on user activity and external factors.

No Guarantee of Results

QrMagnet does not guarantee any level of performance, including but not limited to:

• number of leads;
• user engagement;
• property visibility;
• successful transactions.

Service Activation

All paid Services are considered delivered immediately upon successful payment.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• QR code generation;
• activation of listings;
• access to dashboard features.

Once the Service is activated, it is deemed fully provided.

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• the content they publish;
• compliance with applicable laws;
• communication with leads or third parties;
• any business decisions or outcomes resulting from use of the Services.

QrMagnet does not monitor, verify, or control user content or communications.

Third-Party Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers, including Paddle.

QrMagnet does not store or directly process payment information.

All purchases are subject to the Refund Policy.
