You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not share your account with others.
All activities performed through your account, including the creation, modification, or publication of QR content, are your sole responsibility.
Unless explicitly permitted by a separate written agreement with QrMagnet, you may use the Services only on your own behalf.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, QrMagnet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.
If you are a real estate professional, you may use the Services to create and share QR-based property information with your clients, provided that you comply with all applicable laws and obtain any required permissions or consents.

Certain features of the Services require payment. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and, unless otherwise stated, are non-refundable.
By purchasing any paid Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize QrMagnet and its third-party payment providers to charge your selected payment method.
QrMagnet may modify pricing or introduce new fees at any time. Any changes will apply to future purchases or billing periods.
Some Services are offered on a subscription basis with recurring billing.
By activating a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method for each billing period until you cancel.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the next billing cycle.
You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through your account. Failure to cancel before renewal will result in the next billing charge.
QrMagnet may change subscription pricing, with notice provided before such changes take effect.
Access to paid features, including QR code generation and activation, may be granted immediately upon successful payment. Once the Service is activated, it is considered delivered.
QrMagnet is not responsible for any physical damage, deterioration, misuse, or improper placement of printed QR codes or related materials.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the visibility, accessibility, and condition of any QR code used in real-world environments.
QrMagnet does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of QR codes and may perform maintenance, updates, or system changes that may temporarily affect access.

Account deletion requests may require identity verification and will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
The Services allow users to create, upload, and publish content, including property information, images, descriptions, contact details, and other materials (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant QrMagnet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Services.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
